Four Ways gives primary schools the knowledge, practical skills, resources and support to implement a consistent approach to behaviour support. It begins with a one-day course teaching four responses that guide behaviour and support emotional regulation in the moment, while building self-regulation and executive functioning over time. Coaching, consultancy and capacity building follow, developing a group of in-house champions who sustain the approach across the school.
