We specialise in the delivery of parenting courses in Perth and Darwin – via private consults and group training sessions – as well as online parenting courses Australia-wide.
We offer the following courses for parents and caregivers:
The FOUR WAYS program equips parents with the knowledge and practical skills to respond consistently and effectively to guide behaviour, improve self-regulation and build relationships.
This evidence-based parenting course provides you with valuable knowledge and a set of practical responses to children’s difficult behaviour and emotional upsets as they arise.
In this course for parents, you will learn how to improve your child's self-regulation and self-control.
Suitable for parents of 2-12yo
In this program there are four simple ways to support behaviour and self regulation.
The Signal option involves signalling to set limits, and this is a time for children to think! It's a moment where they have some choice and control in what happens after they get the signal.
The Monitor option involves keeping a check on low level behaviours that aren't impacting on anyone else.
The Coach option involves emotion coaching, which is great for doing many things, like co-regulation, de-escalation, building EQ, empathy & relationships....and much more.
The Prompt option is a method used to encourage a specific response, mostly positive behaviours, by providing cues, reminders or assistance. This guides and encourages your child to choose the desired behaviours you have taught.

For your convenience, we deliver this parent education course four ways:

Join one of our facilitators and interact with them on a more personal level. Being in the same room allows for more discussion and question time. Available in these locations: Perth and Darwin, as well as throughout regional WA and NT.

We work directly with parents and caregivers to problem-solve behavioural challenges in children and adolescents - coaching you to use practical strategies to modify these behaviours over time.
When parent education and training provided during these parent coaching sessions, it is tailored to your unique requirements.
