Talk Less listen More is a positive behaviour management training that equips childcare staff with the knowledge and skills to effectively guide behaviour, build relationships and teach self- regulation through Emotion Coaching. Over time, educator responses will improve children's self-regulation and self-control...especially when used across the whole service.

We will equip your staff with the knowledge and skills to effectively guide behaviour, build relationships, teach self-regulation through Emotion Coaching and positive behaviour support.
As per the guidelines from the Guided Practice Project Guide: ‘Guided Practice’ involves a combination of content delivery and practical support (in the form of coaching and mentoring). This is the model we have successfully implemented and continue to support in over 50+ WA schools, ELCs and OSHCs.
