Talk Less Listen More
Training for Child Care Educators

Early Learning Centres (ELC), Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), Family Daycare
Available in WA and the NT

We specialise in training educators to provide a flexible, yet consistent approach to effectively manage difficult and disruptive behaviour, that also improves self-regulation and emotional well-being in children ... and educators.

Talk Less Listen More is positive behaviour management training that equips childcare staff with the knowledge and skills to effectively guide behaviour, build relationships and teach self- regulation through Emotion Coaching. Over time, educator responses will improve children's self-regulation and self-control...especially when used across the whole service.
