We specialise in training educators to provide a flexible, yet consistent approach to effectively manage difficult and disruptive behaviour, that also improves self-regulation and emotional well-being in children ... and educators.
Talk Less Listen More is positive behaviour management training that equips childcare staff with the knowledge and skills to effectively guide behaviour, build relationships and teach self- regulation through Emotion Coaching. Over time, educator responses will improve children's self-regulation and self-control...especially when used across the whole service.
Our experience in working with many different services, with a variety of needs, will see us tailor the ECEC training to best suit you and the children.

Behaviour Tonics can collaborate with your service to provide a Guided Practice Project to address the barriers to inclusion related to challenging behaviour and children presenting with trauma-related behaviour. We will equip your staff with the knowledge and skills to effectively guide behaviour, build relationships, teach self-regulation through Emotion Coaching and positive behaviour support.
As per the guidelines from the Guided Practice Project Guide: ‘Guided Practice’ involves a combination of content delivery and practical support (in the form of coaching and mentoring). This is the model we have successfully implemented and continue to support in over 50+ WA schools, ELCs and OSHCs.
