The FOUR WAYS program equips those working with children with the knowledge and skills to respond consistently and effectively to guide behaviour and improve self-regulation.

This course is open to teachers, educators, sports coaches, swimming teachers, instructors, anyone that works with children and would like to learn more about supporting behaviour and self-regulation.

You will learn FOUR WAYS to respond, these include: Emotion Coaching, Prompting, Monitoring and Signalling to guide behaviour.

WHAT’S INCLUDED... 

  • 5.5 hrs professional learning (this can be broken down into 2-3 sessions)

  • Certificate of Completion. 

  • Email and phone support for leadership post-training (T&Cs apply).

  • Training manuals 

  • Digital resources containing lesson plans, visuals, document templates and worksheets
